For years, I worked alongside nurses, officers, and healthcare staff — people who show up for others, even when they have little left to give. Windmills was created for them — for you — a place to pause, restore, and reconnect with your own clarity and strength.

Windmills Mental Health Services was quietly born in 2018—a vision rooted in the belief that calm and clarity can exist even in life’s strongest winds.
Though the practice began modestly, offering virtual sessions to a handful of clients, its purpose became clear during the years of COVID-19. At the time, I was working on the front lines in correctional mental health—a place where the demand for care never stopped, even as the world outside stood still.
I remember coming home each day filled with fear, uncertain what I might bring with me, yet knowing I had to stay strong for my family. I never became ill, but those years changed me. They taught me that strength isn’t found in resistance—it’s found in movement, adaptation, and purpose.
That experience became the heartbeat of Windmills. What began as a few virtual sessions grew into a private, premium practice supporting those who carry others—healthcare workers, first responders, and helping professionals navigating exhaustion, trauma, and change.
Today, Windmills continues to honor that origin—offering therapy that blends professionalism, compassion, and mindful care for those who give their all. Because healing, like the windmill itself, isn’t about avoiding the storm—it’s about turning with it.
To provide specialized, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples—particularly those in healthcare, public safety, and service professions.
Windmills exists to restore balance, strength, and emotional clarity for those who carry others. Through private, personalized care, we help clients move beyond survival toward genuine wellness—without the limitations of diagnosis-driven systems.
To redefine mental health care for frontline professionals by setting a new standard of premium, confidential, and stigma-free therapy.
Windmills envisions a community of resilient helpers who invest in their well-being as intentionally as they do in their work—where seeking therapy is viewed as a mark of leadership, not vulnerability.
Windmills don’t resist the wind—they turn with it, transforming its force into movement.
At Windmills, therapy works the same way: we don’t fight what you’ve been through—we help you harness it.
Our approach integrates:
Windmills is a private-pay, high-trust practice built for professionals who value excellence, privacy, and integrity.
By staying independent from most insurance systems, therapy here focuses entirely on you—your goals, not your diagnosis.
This allows for the highest level of confidentiality and a truly individualized experience.
Your investment here isn’t just in therapy—it’s in clarity, resilience, and longevity in the work and life you love.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, wife, mom, and the heart behind Windmills Mental Health Services.
My passion for mental health began before college—when I first recognized the courage it takes to seek support. That calling deepened as I worked in community mental health centers and psychiatric hospital, helping individuals navigate severe and persistent mental illness and laying the foundation for my clinical expertise.
During nearly a decade serving in correctional mental health, I witnessed not only the challenges of those incarcerated but also the unseen strain on the professionals who served them. I worked alongside nurses, officers, and healthcare staff whose resilience often came at a personal cost. The stress, burnout, and moral injury they carried were real—and often unspoken.
That experience changed everything. It gave me a deep understanding of the emotional toll carried by frontline professionals and a calling to serve them.
Today, as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and compassion fatigue—helping frontline professionals restore balance and reconnect with purpose. My approach blends clinical science with holistic practice, offering therapy that is direct, grounded, and restorative.
When I’m not in session or providing clinical supervision, you’ll find me supporting my husband’s business, spending time with family, traveling, or recharging over coffee with close friends. These moments remind me that healing isn’t found only in therapy—it’s also in the everyday lives we create beyond it.
Like the windmill, I believe we can all face life’s winds—not with resistance, but with resilience.
